Authentically spiced, this dish doesn't assault your tastebuds with overpowering heat or 'take away' sauces. We like to slice a hard boiled egg on the dhal, then sprinkle chopped fresh coriander over it. Pop that on a plate with the dosa and it's absolutely yum!
