A wonderfully warming, tasty hotpot of mushrooms sauted in garlic all in a gorgeous onion based sauce dotted with leaf spinach. Golden lyonnaise potatoes scattered with feta and cracked peppercorns complete the pot.
A delicious, comforting meal this dish goes especially well with Bean Haches in Passata, the Bean Ragout, and Nut Roast. I like it on its own with a pile of home-grown baby carrots and dark leafy greens.
