We deliver to UK Mainland addresses only, providing we can reach them within 24 hours.
Deliveries are made Tuesdays to Fridays before 4pm.
CUSTOMER DELIVERY DETAIL
In order to ensure prompt and safe delivery of the product to your door we need a few details from you
to give us details such as:-
your email so we can confirm back a delivery date
a daytime phone number for the delivery driver in case he has a problem and
any special delivery instruction e.g. 'leave in porch".
If delivery is to a neighbour for convenience please state that as you delivery address.

Once you have placed your order we will advise you of the delivery date.
If we are out of stock of any ordered items we will delay despatch whilst we cook and freeze a fresh batch. We will notify you of the delivery date via email.
If the delivery date is inconvenient please contact us.
The meals are delivered frozen by overnight carrier, contained in cardboard boxes lined with reusable natural insulation and ice sheets. This keeps the food frozen at -18C for a minimum of 24 hours to ensure arrival in the best possible condition.
The meals will need to be placed in a freezer shortly after arrival.
